For the last 9 months, I have been searching for the music that motivates me during my workout session. Music is an important part of my workout especially if I’m doing running cardio workout. On average my playlist lasts for about three training sessions and then… It becomes deadly boring. I usually use Deezer (web-based music streaming service) application on my iPhone. For me, it is the simplest way of preparing lists without uploading mp3 files. I don’t use my iPod anymore.
I discovered epic motivation music
Recently I’ve discovered something great – epic motivation music! For the first time, I have songs (and playlists) that last for more than three weeks! That music really motivates me and increases significantly my performances during the training. I would like to share my playlist with you so you can check it here, maybe it will work for you also.
One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.-Bob Marley
I think that all of us who do any type of workout have problems with music (and playlists). Music is a great way to increase your motivation during a training session, but it could also have an opposite effect and decrease your motivation. There were times when I couldn’t take the time to change my playlist for 7 -10 days and it had an impact (negative) on my training session.
I would like to hear your opinion about this theme. What type of music works for you during workout session?
